  • 2. Ingredient List: Bamboo Vinegar-35%, Ginger Powder-30%, Wood Vinegar-4%, Anion Powder-3%, Plant Fiber-6%, Tourmaline-3%, Dextrin-15%, Chitin-4%
  • 3. Directions: 1) Clean both feet with warm water and let them dry. 2) Peel off the protective tape from the adhesive. 3) Stick the powder pack with words side on the center of the adhesive sheet and stick to your foot. 4) Peel off after about 6-8 hours and wipeoff the residue in the morning
  • 4. Tips：We recommend sticking the foot for 6-8 hours to the best results. The best time to paste is before going to bed at night
